Lee Hyun-woo (born March 6, 1966) is a Korean-American singer, lyricist, composer, broadcaster, film actor, actor, and musical actor. He did not serve in the military because he has American nationality.

He moved to the United States in middle school, and made his debut as a rock music singer in 1988 at the Underground Live Club in New York City, New York. In 1989, after graduating from college in the U.S., he visited Korea for a while and was introduced by the manager of singer Kang Soo-ji's agency at the time. In October 1990, he debuted with "12 Inch Dance Version" featuring his debut single "Dream" featuring experimental techno-dance pop music. In 1991, he officially debuted with his first album, "Black Rainbow".

As such, Lee Hyun-woo is active in various fields, and his music belongs to K-pop, pop music, lyrical ballads, and rhythm and blues/soul genres.
