김영배(金永培)은 대한민국의 배우로, 1958년 6월 28일에 전라북도 김제시에서 태어났습니다. 1977년에 연극배우로 활동을 시작하였으며, 1983년에는 KBS 한국방송공사의 공채 10기 탤런트로 정식 데뷔하였습니다.

김영배는 1990년에 영화 《나의 사랑 나의 신부》의 조연으로 처음으로 영화에 출연하였고, 1994년에는 트로트 가수로도 데뷔하였습니다. 그의 데뷔곡 '남자답게 사는 법'은 큰 인기를 얻어 한동안 연기 활동을 중단하기도 했습니다.
