별(본명: 김고은)은 대한민국의 대중음악가입니다. 충청남도 서산시 출신으로, 초등학교 5학년 때인 1994년에 KBS 1TV 전국 노래자랑에 출연하여 인기상을 수상했습니다. 박진영 팬미팅 중 장기자랑에 참여하여 노래를 부른 것이 관심을 받아 JYP 엔터테인먼트 소속으로 데뷔하셨습니다. 하지만 현재는 소속사를 옮겨 '콴 엔터테인먼트'에서 활동하고 계십니다.2012년 8월에 하하씨와 결혼 발표 후, 9월에 혼인신고를 하였으며, 같은 해 11월에 결혼식을 올렸습니다. 2013년 7월 12일에는 첫째 아들을, 2017년 3월 22일에는 둘째 아들을, 그리고 2019년 7월 15일에는 딸 하송을 출산하셨습니다.

Byul, whose real name is Kim Go-eun, is a popular music artist from South Korea. She hails from Seosan City, Chungcheongnam-do. In 1994, during her fifth grade in elementary school, she participated in the nationwide singing competition "KBS 1TV Jeon-guk Noraejarang" and received an award, gaining popularity. Her performance during a fan meeting hosted by Park Jin-young caught his attention, leading to her debut under JYP Entertainment. However, she is currently active under the management of 'Quan Entertainment' after switching agencies.

In August 2012, she announced her marriage to HaHa, and they officially registered their marriage in September of the same year. They held their wedding ceremony in November. Byul gave birth to their first son on July 12, 2013, their second son on March 22, 2017, and their daughter Ha-song on July 15, 2019.

Byul, the Story of Love in Six Years Released!

The title track of this best album, "Glass Cup," aims to convey the embodiment of a delicate yet realistic woman's emotions. "The Ballad Diva" Byul tells a heartwrenching love story with "Glass Cup." The title track of Byul's best album, "Glass Cup," was co-written by Choi Gap-won, who wrote lyrics for Buzz's "Coward," Ha Dong-kyun's "Love Her," Gummy's "Memory Loss," Wheesung's "Incurable Disease," and Baek Ji-young's "Just Need Love." It was produced by Hwang Chan-hee, a Korean producer and hit songwriter, known for Yoonha's "Password 486." The song features popular lyrics and a poetic, melancholic melody. The delicate lyrics metaphorically express the sad heart of a woman who has parted ways, comparing it to a "glass cup." The elegant and sentimental melody, combined with Byul's unique vocals, beautifully packages the emotions of the song.
