'햇빛촌'은 1980년대 서울 시내 대학생 연합 포크 동아리 이름에서 유래한 그룹으로, 서울 가톨릭회관을 근거지로 활동했습니다. 그룹 멤버로는 이정한, 고병희, 그리고 소리두울로 독립한 장필순과 김선희가 있었으며, 이정한은 자작곡인 '이런 밤에'와 '야외 스케치'를 만들었습니다. 1987년에 남자 멤버들의 군입대로 활동이 중단되었지만, 이후 상명여대 학생인 고병희와 이정한이 합류하여 1988년에 이정한의 솔로곡을 편곡한 ''를 발매했습니다.

그룹은 활동 중지 후 DJ, 라디오 선곡, 공연을 통해 입소문을 타기 시작하였고, 1990년에는 '유리창엔 비'로 히트를 치며 50만 장의 앨범 판매와 가요톱텐에서 골든컵을 수상하는 등 성공을 거두었습니다.

이후, 그룹은 독립 선언을 하였는데, 이정한은 각자의 특성을 찾는 것이 중요하다고 말하며, 고병희의 솔로 활동을 적극 권유한 것으로 알려졌습니다. 그 이후 이정한은 2집을 발매하고 고병희는 이정한의 곡을 받아 2장의 앨범을 발매하였으나 별다른 인기를 얻지 못했습니다.

33년 만에 '유리창엔 비'를 리메이크한 '네오 버전'을 들고 컴백한 '햇빛촌'은 원년 멤버인 고병희를 대신하여 새로운 가수 '케브(Ce.V)'를 영입하였으며, 이정한은 그룹의 리더로 활동하고 있습니다. 이번 컴백에서는 새로운 가창력을 갖춘 케브가 그룹의 음악을 새롭게 선보이고 있습니다.

"Sunlight Village" is a group derived from the name of the college students' association folk club in downtown Seoul in the 1980s and was based on the Seoul Catholic Center. The group members included Lee Jung-han, Ko Byung-hee, and Jang Pil-soon and Kim Sun-hee, who became independent of Sori Doo-ul, and Lee Jung-han made his own songs "On a Night Like This" and "Outdoor Sketch." In 1987, his activities were suspended due to the enlistment of male members, but later Sangmyung Women's University students Ko Byung-hee and Lee Jung-han joined and released "Rain in the Glass Window" in 1988, an arrangement of Lee Jung-han's solo songs.

After the suspension, the group began to go viral through DJs, radio selections, and performances, and in 1990, it became a hit with "Rain in the Glass Window," selling 500,000 albums and winning the Golden Cup in the K-pop Top Ten.

Later, the group declared independence, with Lee Jung-han reportedly actively encouraging Ko Byung-hee's solo career, saying it was important to find each characteristic. Since then, Lee Jung-han has released his second album and Ko Byung-hee has released two albums with Lee Jung-han's songs, but it was not very popular.

Sunlight Village, which made a comeback with Neo's version of a remake of "Glass Window Rain" in 33 years, recruited a new singer "Ce.V" on behalf of Ko Byung-hee, an original member, and Lee Jung-han is the leader of the group. In this comeback, Kev with new singing skills is introducing new music of the group.
