드렁큰 타이거(영어: Drunken Tiger)는 1990년대 초에 대한민국에서 결성되어 1999년부터 2018년까지 활동한 대한민국의 힙합 래퍼 그룹입니다. DJ 샤인의 탈퇴 이후에는 타이거 JK가 공연할 때마다 항상 백업으로 비지와 팔로알토가 함께 참여했습니다. 드렁큰 타이거는 원래 1992년 로스앤젤레스 폭동 직후 미국 웨스트 코스트 L.A에서 열린 힙합 축제에서 데뷔하였으며, 고등학교 시절부터 크고 작은 무대에서 랩 실력을 뽐내며 힙합 방송 등에 참여하며 알려졌습니다. 이후 힙합계의 다양한 동료들이 참여하는 타이거 클랜을 가리키기도 했으며, 한국에서의 첫 활동은 타이거 JK를 주축으로 미국의 Sucram이 멤버로 활동하였으며 1999년부터는 타이거 JK를 주축으로 DJ 샤인이 합류하여 활동하였습니다. 2005년까지 1집부터 5집까지의 앨범에 참여한 DJ 샤인은 그 후 탈퇴하였고, 타이거 클랜은 타이거 JK를 중심으로 필리핀계 로스코 우말리와 Xrae 그리고 한국인 DJ 제임스 지그, 망고 프레시, MQ, 케빈 군히한, 데이비드 켐포 한으로 구성되었습니다. 드렁큰 타이거는 한국의 정통 힙합을 전파하는 데 큰 공헌을 하였으며, 무브먼트(Movement) 크루로 활동 범위를 넓혀왔으며, 현재는 한국에서 가장 많은 힙합 작품을 발표한 아티스트로 알려져 있습니다. 그들은 한국대중음악상, 골든디스크, MKMF 등 다양한 음악상을 수상한 바 있습니다. 2017년 1월 2일에 해체를 결정한 후, 2018년 11월 14일에는 20년간의 활동을 마무리하기 위해 "Drunken Tiger X: Tiger JK의 부활"라는 마지막 정규 앨범을 발매하였습니다. 이후 마지막 정규 앨범을 발매한 후, 그룹은 해체되었습니다. 2019년 5월 16일에는 "I Love You Too (Feat. 윤미래)" 뮤직비디오가 추가로 공개되었습니다.

힙합 듀오인 드렁큰 타이거는 1999년에 타이거 JK와 DJ 샤인으로 이루어진 튜오였습니다. 이후 2000년부터는 2집부터 DJ James Jhig이 DJ로 드렁큰 타이거에 합류하였고, 한국에 올 때부터 타이거 JK와 함께 활동하려 했던 외국인 래퍼 Roscoe Umali와 무브먼트의 객원 멤버인 MQ도 2집부터 주목받기 시작했습니다. 그들은 4집 앨범까지 참여하였지만, 이후의 앨범에는 거의 참여하지 않았습니다.

이로 인해 타이거 JK와 DJ 샤인만 남아 5집을 발매하게 되었는데, 이 앨범에서도 DJ 샤인은 개인 사정으로 인해 "백만 인의 콘서트" 단 한 곡만 참여하고, 대부분 타이거 JK가 혼자 작업을 하여 타이거 JK의 솔로 앨범으로 볼 수도 있게 되었습니다. 2005년 6집 발매 전에 DJ 샤인은 돌연히 드렁큰 타이거를 탈퇴하였고, 6집부터는 타이거 JK의 솔로 활동이 이어졌습니다.

2018년에는 마지막 정규 앨범을 발매하여 드렁큰 타이거의 20년간의 활동을 마무리하였습니다.

Drunken Tiger is a South Korean hip-hop rapper group formed in South Korea in the early 1990s and active from 1999 to 2018. After DJ Shine's departure, whenever Tiger JK performed, Bizzy and Paloalto participated together as backup. Drunken Tiger originally debuted at a hip hop festival in L.A. on the west coast of the United States shortly after the 1992 Los Angeles riots, and has been known since high school by showing off his rap skills on large and small stages and participating in hip hop broadcasts. Since then, it has referred to the Tiger Clan, where various colleagues from the hip-hop world participate, and the first activity in Korea was performed by the US's Sucram, led by Tiger JK, and DJ Shine, led by Tiger JK, since 1999. DJ Shine, who participated in the first to fifth albums until 2005, subsequently withdrew, and Tiger Clan consisted of Filipino Roscoe Umali and Xrae, and Korean DJ James Zig, Mango Fresh, MQ, Kevin Gunhihan, and David Kempohan, centering on Tiger JK. Drunken Tiger has contributed greatly to spreading Korean traditional hip-hop, has expanded his scope to Movement Crew, and is now known as the most hip-hop artist in Korea. They have won various music awards, including the K-Pop Music Awards, the Golden Disc Awards, and the MKMF. After deciding to disband on January 2, 2017, on November 14, 2018, they released their final full - length album, "Drunken Tiger X: Tiger JK's resurrection", to wrap up their 20-year career. The hip hop duo Drunken Tiger was a duo consisting of Tiger JK and DJ Shine in 1999. Since 2000, DJ James Jhig joined Drunken Tiger as a DJ from the second album, and foreign rapper Roscoe Umali, who had been working with Tiger JK since he came to Korea, and MQ, a guest member of Movement, also began to draw attention from the second album. They participated in up to their fourth album, but rarely in subsequent albums.

This left only Tiger JK and DJ Shine to release their fifth album, where DJ Shine participated in only one "Million People's Concert" due to personal reasons, most of which Tiger JK worked alone to see as Tiger JK's solo album. Prior to the release of his sixth album in 2005, DJ Shine abruptly left Drunken Tiger, and from his sixth album, Tiger JK's solo career continued.

In 2018, he released his last full - length album, ending Drunken Tiger's 20-year career.
