Song Chang-sik is a South Korean singer-songwriter from Jincheon Main Building. Notable hits include "You Are", "Whale Hunt", "We", "Cigarette Shop Lady", "Once", "Why Call", "It Rains Outside the Window", "It's Love", "As the Day Goes", "Sanga's Song", "Don't Make Sad Face", "Pied Piper", "Blue Handkerchief", etc.

Song Chang-sik was a police officer, and his father died in battle and his mother went missing, so his grandparents raised him. After graduating from Incheon Shinheung Elementary School and Incheon Middle School, I entered Seoul Arts High School as a senior, but I dropped out due to family circumstances. Twinfolio's debut song, "White Handkerchief", was loved by the public with the album "Twinfolio 1st album" released in 1968, signaling their growth and development in the music industry. After that, in 1970, he turned into a solo artist and became active. In the early and mid 70s, I was active at the Sesibong Cafe.

In 1974, his song "The Pied Piper" became a huge hit among the public, and the following year, he won various K-pop awards with his song "Why Call Me." In 1978, he performed in Japan at the invitation of the Korea-Japan Cultural Exchange Association and received the MBC Top 10 Singers Award for three consecutive years from the same year.
