1990년 대한민국의 대표 싱어송라이터는 김광석 님이었습니다.

김광석은 1964년 대구시 대봉동에서 태어나 5살 때 가족과 함께 서울로 이사하였습니다. 그 후 서울창신초등학교, 경희중학교, 대광고등학교를 졸업하였으며 중학교와 고등학교 시절 현악부와 합창부에서 활동하면서 음악적인 역량을 쌓았습니다.
명지대학교 경영과에 입학하여, 동아리에서 대학연합 활동하며 민중 가요를 부르면서 소극장 공연이 시작되었습니다.

1984년에 노래를 찾는 사람들 1집에 참여하여 데뷔하였으며, 1985년 입대하여 6개월간 방위병으로 군 복무를 마치고 제대하였습니다. 이후 복학하여 노래를 찾는 사람들에 합류하여 공연을 진행했습니다. 꾸준한 공연 활동과 함께 동물원이라는 밴드를 결성하여 1집과 2집을 발표하였고, 1989년에는 솔로 가수로 데뷔하여 4집까지 정규 앨범을 발표하였습니다. 이 외에도 리메이크 앨범인 다시부르기 1집과 2집을 발표하였습니다.

김광석은 학전 등의 소극장을 중심으로 꾸준한 공연 활동을 했으며, 1995년에는 1000회 공연의 기록을 세웠습니다. 또한 1995년 6월 29일 KMTV 슈퍼콘서트에 참여하였습니다. 그리고 1996년 1월 5일 HBS '겨울나기'에 출연하여 대표곡 중 하나인 "너무 아픈 사랑은 사랑이 아니었음을"을 부르며 화제가 되었습니다.

This article is about the life and career of a South Korean singer, Kim Kwang-seok. Kim Kwang-seok was born in Daebong-dong, Daegu, South Korea in 1964 and moved to Seoul with his family when he was five years old. He graduated from Seongsin Elementary School, Kyunghee Middle School, and Daekwang High School, where he participated in the orchestra and choir, building his musical skills. He entered the Department of Business Administration at Myongji University and started singing folk songs and performing in small theaters while participating in a university alliance club.

In 1984, he made his debut by participating in the album "People Looking for Songs," and after serving as a military defense soldier for six months in 1985, he was discharged and resumed his activities with "People Looking for Songs." He formed a band called "Dongmulwon" and released the first and second albums, and in 1989, he debuted as a solo singer and released up to his fourth regular album. He also released two remake albums, "Again Singing 1" and "Again Singing 2."

Kim Kwang-seok continued to perform steadily in small theaters, and in 1995, he set a record of performing 1,000 times. In addition, he participated in the KMTV Super Concert on June 29, 1995. On January 5, 1996, he appeared on HBS's "Winter Pass" and became a hot topic by singing one of his representative songs, "Love that was too painful was not love."
