Lee Ja-yeon is a South Korean singer whose real name is Lee Hyun-ok, born on September 30, 1958. I was born in Gunwi-gun, Daegu Metropolitan City, and I am 64 years old now. She is active as a trot singer, and she started her music career in 1986 and has been active until now.

Lee Ja-yeon graduated from Konkuk University's Graduate School of Media and Information in the Department of Broadcasting and Communication Convergence and grew up doing music activities along with her studies. She is a member of the take note agency and has been loved by the public for her various hit songs.

Since her debut in 1986 with Na Hoon-ah's song "Your Meaning," she has gained huge popularity by releasing songs such as "A Woman Is Tears" and "Life Like a Cloud." In particular, in 1995, composer Lee Ho-seop's song "Chalang Chalang," which was composed to commemorate Lee Ja-yeon's wedding, became a popular song and loved by both men and women of all ages.

Also, Lee Ja-yeon showed passion not only for her music activities but also for her studies. After completing his studies at Konkuk University's Department of Arts and Graduate School of Media and Public Relations, he has an educational background. Lee Ja-yeon was elected president of the Korea Singers Association in 2018, representing the opinions of the singers, and continues to play his role, serving a second term as chairman in 2021.
