효린씨는 대한민국 인천광역시에서 1990년 12월 11일에 태어나셨습니다. 2010년 6월 걸 그룹 씨스타로 데뷔하셨고, 리더와 메인보컬로 활동하였습니다. 2011년 5월 멤버 보라와 함께 씨스타의 2인조 유닛 그룹 씨스타19을 결성하셔서 리더와 메인보컬로 활동하셨습니다.

2017년에는 미국에서 첫 번째 미국 투어를 하셨고, 이후 씨스타는 해체하셔서 1인 소속사 브리지를 설립하시고 솔로 가수로 활동하셨습니다. 2018년에는 'SET UP TIME' 3연작 프로젝트를 선보이셔서 많은 사랑을 받았습니다.

효린씨는 댄스, R&B, 랩/힙합, 발라드, 한국 드라마 (OST) 등 다양한 장르에서 활동하셨으며, NHN벅스 레이블에서 활동하시고 있습니다. 또한, 씨스타19과 함께 활동하면서 많은 사랑을 받으셨고, 현재는 솔로 가수로서 더욱 더 성장하고 있습니다.

In Incheon, South Korea, Hyolyn was born on December 11, 1990. South Korea. She debuted as a member of the girl group Sistar in June 2010, where she served as the leader and main vocalist. In May 2011, she formed the two-member subunit Sistar19 with fellow member Bora, where she also served as the leader and main vocalist.

In 2017, Hyolyn embarked on her first U.S. tour, and following Sistar's disbandment, she established her own solo agency, Bridge. In 2018, she released the highly acclaimed 'SET UP TIME' three-part project.

Hyolyn has worked in various genres including dance, R&B, rap/hip-hop, ballad, and Korean drama soundtracks, and is currently signed with NHN Entertainment. She has garnered much love and attention both as a member of Sistar19 and as a solo artist, and continues to grow and evolve as a musician.
