윤도현님은 1972년 2월 3일, 경기도 파주군 임진면(현 파주시 문산읍)에서 태어나셨습니다. 어릴 적부터 세탁소 집안에서 자랐으며, 1990년에는 문산고등학교를 졸업하고 방위병으로 군 복무를 하였습니다.

윤도현님은 1992년부터 파주 지역의 음악 동아리 ‘종이연’을 통해 음악 활동을 시작하였습니다. 1994년에는 재학 중이던 인천전문대학 토목학과를 자퇴하고, 동년에 발표한 첫 번째 솔로 앨범 《가을 우체국 앞에서》로 가수로서의 데뷔를 선보였습니다. 이 앨범의 〈"타잔"〉이 많은 사랑을 받았는데, 투박한 가사와 유쾌한 멜로디가 매력적이었습니다. 그러나 당시 유행하던 댄스 음악과는 거리가 멀었기 때문에 대중적으로 큰 호응을 얻지는 못했습니다.

그 후 윤도현님은 YB(윤도현밴드)를 결성하고, 꾸준한 음악 활동을 이어가면서 대중의 사랑을 받아왔습니다. 2000년대에는 발라드 곡들로도 인기를 얻었는데, 그 중에서도 1집 앨범에 수록된 〈"사랑 Two"〉가 특히 사랑받았습니다.

또한 윤도현님은 뮤지컬 배우로서도 활약하고 있습니다. 그의 뛰어난 음악적 감각과 연기력은 뮤지컬 무대에서도 돋보이며, , , , 등의 작품에 출연하였습니다.

방송인으로 활발하게 활동해왔습니다. 그는 1999년부터 2000년까지 KBS 2TV 음악 프로그램 '뮤직뱅크'의 MC를 맡았으며, 2002년부터 2003년까지 MBC 예능 프로그램 '놀러와'의 진행자로 출연하면서 대중들에게 사랑을 받았습니다. 또한 2009년에는 SBS 예능 프로그램 '런닝맨'에 출연하여 그 활약으로 많은 시청자들에게 인기를 끌었습니다. 이 외에도 다수의 예능 프로그램에서 게스트나 MC로 출연하여 그 활약을 선보였습니다.

This song tells a story of reminiscing about a loved one while listening to the sound of rain on a rainy day. The raindrops falling like memories and blooming inside of the heart like fluffy clouds, the lyrics depict the natural spreading of new memories while thinking about the person who is missed. Yoon Do-hyun was born on February 3, 1972, in Imjin-myeon, Paju, Gyeonggi Province (now Munsan-eup, Paju). He grew up in a family that owned a laundry business, and after graduating from Munsan High School in 1990, he served as a military soldier.

Yoon Do-hyun started his music career in the Paju area through a music club called 'Jongiyeon' in 1992. In 1994, he dropped out of Incheon Technical College's Civil Engineering department and released his first solo album, "In Front of the Autumn Post Office," which marked his debut as a singer. The song "Tarzan" from this album received a lot of love due to its simple lyrics and cheerful melody. However, it did not gain much popularity at the time due to its distance from the popular dance music genre.

After that, Yoon Do-hyun formed the YB band and continued his steady music activities, receiving love from the public. In the 2000s, he also became popular with ballad songs, especially "Love Two" from his first album.

In addition, Yoon Do-hyun is also active as a musical actor. His outstanding musical sense and acting skills shine on the musical stage, and he has appeared in works such as "The Phantom of the Opera," "Notre-Dame de Paris," "The Red Book," and "Miracle in Cell No. 7."

He has also been active as a broadcaster. From 1999 to 2000, he hosted the KBS 2TV music program 'Music Bank,' and from 2002 to 2003, he appeared as the host of MBC's entertainment program 'Come and Play,' receiving love from the public. In 2009, he appeared on SBS's entertainment program 'Running Man' and gained popularity among many viewers.
