크라잉넛은 대한민국을 대표하는 펑크 밴드로서, 대중들에게 펑크라는 장르를 널리 알린 최초의 밴드 중 하나입니다. 아워 네이션 1집의 A면 아티스트로서 대한민국 최초의 인디 앨범으로 꼽히기도 합니다.

크라잉넛은 1995년 7월부터 클럽 드럭에서 공연을 시작으로, 1998년 발매된 1집 앨범 '말달리자'의 수록곡 '갈매기', '말달리자', '펑크걸', '안웃겨' 등의 곡들로 대중적인 인기를 얻으며, 인디음반 사상 전무후무한 10만장의 판매고를 기록하였습니다.

이후 발매하는 앨범마다 히트곡을 내며 '인디'라는 칭호가 무색할 정도로 메인스트림에서도 큰 사랑을 받았습니다. 영화 '이소룡을 찻아랏!'에도 주연으로 출연하기도 했습니다. 또한 2002 FIFA 월드컵 붉은악마 공식 응원앨범 “꿈★은 이루어진다”에서 ‘오 필승코리아’를 연주하며, 시청앞 광장에서 공연을 했습니다.

그러나 2002년 12월 4집 앨범 발매 직후, 멤버 4명이 군에 입대하여 군악대로 복무하는 동안, 크라잉넛의 라이브 앨범 'Crying Nut Best Wild Wild Live'가 발매됩니다. 그리고 군복무 중에도 불구하고 4집 앨범 수록곡인 '퀵서비스맨'등의 곡들이 히트하며, 그들의 음악은 여전히 수많은 사람들이 즐겨 듣는 노래가 되었습니다.

크라잉넛은 팀웍 면에서도 이상적인 모습을 보여주었습니다. 1999년 키보드 연주자 1명을 공식 영입한 것을 제외하고는 단 한 명의 멤버 교체도 없이 활동을 이어왔습니다. 크라잉넛은 대한민국의 음악 씬에서 꾸준한 활동과 좋은 음악으로 많은 사랑을 받고 있습니다.

이 노래는 우리가 살아가면서 마주치는 어려움과 아픔, 그리고 그것들을 극복하며 살아가는 우리의 모습을 노래하고 있습니다. 가끔은 울기도 하고, 추억에 빠져 부질없이 지난 날을 생각하기도 하지만 그래도 우리는 이 세상이 좋지 않아도 함께 있으면서 웃어나갈 수 있습니다. 이 노래는 그런 우리의 모습을 담고 있으며, 우리가 다시 만날 수 없는 세상에서 우리는 어디 있을까 하는 생각을 던지면서 마무리 됩니다.

한국의 펑크 밴드인 크라잉넛은 '펑크'라는 장르를 국내 대중에게 널리 알린 최초의 밴드로, 1집 앨범 '말 달리자'는 인디 음반 사상 전무후무한 10만장의 판매고를 기록하며 인디 음악의 잠재력을 실감시켰다. 그리고 '서커스 매직 유랑단', '밤이 깊었네', '좋지 아니한가' 등의 수많은 곡을 히트시키며 꾸준한 인기를 누리고 있다. 이를테면, 크라잉넛은 단 한 명의 멤버 교체 없이 30년 이상 활동하고 있으며, 뿐만 아니라 신인 밴드들의 성장을 도와주는 등 적극적으로 음악계 발전에 기여하고 있다는 것이다.

Starting with performances at the club drug in July 1995, Crying Nut gained popularity with songs such as "Seagull," "Let's Run," "Punk Girl" and "Not Funny" from its first album "Horse Run" released in 1998, with sales of 100,000 copies.

Since then, each album released has a hit song, and it has been loved by the mainstream to the point where the title "Indie" is overshadowed. He also starred in the movie, "Get a Lee So-. In addition, he performed "Oh Pilseung Korea" in the 2002 FIFA World Cup Red Devils official cheering album "Dream ★ Dreams Come True" and performed in the square in front of City Hall.

However, shortly after the release of the fourth album in December 2002, Crying Nut's live album "Crying Nut Best Wild Live" was released while four members joined the military and served as military bands. And despite his military service, songs such as "Quick Service Man," a song from his fourth album, became a hit, and their music still became a favorite song for countless people.
