벤(영어: Ben, 본명: 이은영, 1991년 7월 30일 ~)은 대한민국의 가수입니다. 인천광역시 동구에서 태어났으며, 2004년에 인천만석초등학교를 졸업하고 화도진중학교에 입학했습니다. 그 후 2007년에는 박문여자고등학교에 입학했습니다. 2010년에는 베베미뇽으로 데뷔하였습니다. 베베미뇽은 해체되면서 벤은 솔로 활동을 시작하게 되었고, 2018년에는 첫 정규앨범인 "RECIPE"를 발매하였습니다. 현재까지 방송활동과 음악활동을 활발히 이어가고 있습니다.

당시 와이후엔터테인먼트의 대표인 윤민수는 베베미뇽의 멤버를 찾고 있을 때 우연히 벤의 인터넷 영상을 보게 되었고, 곧바로 연락을 취했습니다. 벤은 처음 연락이 왔을 때 윤민수와 연락이 왜 왔는지 의아하게 생각했었으며 주변에서도 같은 생각을 했다고 고백했습니다. 그 후 벤이라는 이름은 오디션에서 나온 것인데, 벤은 최화정의 "벤(Ben)"을 오디션에서 불렀고, 당시 중성적인 목소리로 인해 그 이름이 생겼다고 말했습니다.

베베미뇽으로 데뷔한 후 1년간 메인 보컬로 활동하였습니다. 베베미뇽이 해체된 후 벤은 첫 번째 앨범의 선공개곡으로 임세준의 "오늘은 가지마"를 리메이크하여 활동을 시작했습니다. 이후 벤은 2013년에 퍼펙트 싱어 VS에 출연하여 최고점을 기록하며 주목받기 시작했습니다. 이어서 불후의 명곡에도 꾸준히 출연하였고, 참가자로서 많은 사랑을 받았습니다.

2016년에는 tvN 드라마 "또 오해영"의 OST인 "꿈처럼"을 부르며 큰 인기를 얻었습니다. "꿈처럼"은 OST 차트에서 13주 연속 1위를

기록하며 벤의 히트곡으로 자리 잡았습니다. 이 외에도 "오 마이 비너스" OST인 "달링 유(Darling U)", "한번 더 해피엔딩" OST인 "때론", "끝에서 두 번째 사랑" OST인 "마이 올(My All)", "구르미 그린 달빛" OST인 "안갯길" 등을 부르며 대중들에게 각인되었습니다. 2018년에는 첫 정규앨범인 "RECIPE"를 발표하여 솔로 가수로서의 활동을 이어가고 있습니다.

Ben (born July 30, 1991) is a South Korean singer. I was born in Dong-gu, Incheon, and graduated from Manseok Elementary School in Incheon in 2004 and entered Hwadojin Middle School. After that, I entered Bakmun Girls' High School in 2007. In 2010, he debuted as Bebe Mignon. With Bebe Mignon breaking up, Ben began his solo career, and in 2018, he released his first full-length album, "RECIPE". I am actively continuing my broadcasting and music activities until now.

Yoon Min-soo, then CEO of Waihu Entertainment, happened to see Ben's Internet video when he was looking for a member of Bebe Mignon, and immediately contacted him. When Ben first contacted him, he confessed that he wondered why he contacted Yoon Min-soo and that he felt the same way around him. The name Ben then came from an audition, where he sang Choi Hwa-jung's "Ben" at an audition, and said that his neutral voice at the time gave him the name.

After debuting as Bebe Mignon, I was the main vocalist for a year. After Bebe Mignon was disbanded, Ben began his career by remaking Lim Se-jun's "don't go today" as a pre-release song on his first album. Ben then appeared on perfect singer vs. in 2013 and began to gain attention, hitting a high point. He continued to appear in immortal masterpieces and received a lot of love as a participant.

In 2016, he gained huge popularity by singing "Like a Dream," the OST of the tvN drama "Another Miss Oh." "Like A Dream" topped the OST chart for 13 consecutive weeks

Recorded and became Ben's hit song. In addition, he was imprinted on the public by singing "Darling U," the "O My Venus" OST, "Sometimes," the "Second Love from the End" OST, "My All," and "Misty Road," the "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds." In 2018, he released his first full-length album, "RECIPE", continuing his career as a solo artist.
