해바라기는 대한민국의 포크 음악 듀오입니다. 1973년에 혼성 4인조 그룹으로 시작하여, 1982년 이주호와 유익종으로 이루어진 듀오가 되었습니다. 대표적인 노래로는 "행복을 주는 사람", "사랑으로" (영화 "엄마의 기적" 삽입곡), "모두가 사랑이에요" 등이 있습니다. 해바라기의 노래는 리더인 이정선의 자연을 주제로 한 작곡에 영향을 받아 맑고 부드러운 분위기를 가지고 있습니다. 해바라기의 두 번째 앨범인 "해바라기 제2집"은 1979년 발매되었으며, 포크, 동요, 트로트 등 다양한 장르를 담았습니다. 이 앨범에서 가장 인기 있는 노래는 "여름"과 "백마강이 추억에 남는다"입니다. 1982년 이주호와 유익종은 새로운 듀오인 해바라기를 결성하고, 1983년 첫 앨범을 발매했습니다. 이 듀오는 이전에 이주호가 속했던 4인조 그룹과는 별개입니다. 해바라기의 가장 유명한 노래 중 일부는 이전 듀오가 있을 당시 발매되었으며, "행복을 주는 사람", "모두가 사랑이에요", "말해봐", "내 보석상자", "You" 등이 있습니다.

 

Haebara-gi is a folk music duo from South Korea. They started as a four-member mixed group in 1973, and in 1982 they became a duo consisting of Lee Ju-ho and Yoo Ik-jong. Their representative songs include "The Person Who Gives Happiness," "With Love" (from the movie "Mom's Miracle" soundtrack), and "Everyone Is Love."Haebara-gi's debut album, "Haebara-gi Song Collection Vol.1," was released in 1977. The group is known for its clear and gentle folk songs, which were influenced by leader Lee Jeong-seon's compositions about nature. Haebara-gi's second album, "Haebara-gi Vol.2," released in 1979, featured a variety of genres, including folk, children's songs, and trot. The album's most popular songs include "Summer" and "The Baekma River of Memories." In 1982, Lee Ju-ho and Yoo Ik-jong formed a new duo, also named Haebang-gi, and released their first album in 1983. This duo is separate from the four-member group that Lee Ju-ho was previously part of. Some of Haebara-gi's most famous songs were released during the original duo's tenure, including "The Person Who Gives Happiness," "Everyone Is Love," "Speak Up," "My Jewel Box," and "You."

2015년 6월 7일, 청주예술의 전당 대극장에서는 41년간 포크 음악의 대표 주자로 불리는 국민포크 듀오 해바라기 이주호의 뛰어난 곡들과 이야기가 담긴 무대가 선보여졌습니다. 이를 통해 청주시민들에게 희망의 메시지를 전하며, 따뜻한 감동을 선사하는 '사랑으로'라는 힐링 무대도 선보였습니다.

On June 7th, 2015, at the Chungju Arts Center's main theater, an exceptional performance was given by the folk music duo Haebara-gi, who have been known as the kings of folk music for 41 years. Their impressive repertoire of songs and stories delivered a message of hope to the citizens of Chungju, and presented a healing stage full of warmth and emotion, entitled "With Love."
