이치현과 벗님들의 대표곡으로는 《난몰라》, 《추억의 밤》, 《다가기전에》, 《당신만이》, 《사랑의 슬픔》, 《집시여인》 등이 있습니다. 이 밴드는 미국의 라틴 록 그룹 '산타나'의 영향을 받아 라틴 리듬과 보컬의 화음을 중요시하며, 다른 밴드들과는 다른 독창성 있는 음악을 선보였습니다.

Lee Chi Hyun (born Lee Yong Gyun) is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and band leader, born on September 27, 1955. He graduated from Serae High School and majored in flute at Chung-Ang University. Despite his major, he was skilled in guitar playing, to the extent that he originally aspired to be a guitarist. In addition to music, he also has a talent for drawing. He won the monthly competition of KBS Song Contest in 1972. In 1978, he made his debut as a vocalist and guitarist of the duo "Friends" at the "TBC Beach Music Festival," winning a popularity award with the self-composed song "By the Seaside." The following year, in 1979, he formed the band "Lee Chi Hyun and Friends" and actively started his career in the Korean music industry.

Representative songs of Lee Chi Hyun and Friends include "I Don't Know," "Night of Memories," "Before Getting Close," "Only You," "Sadness of Love," and "Nomad Woman."
