어느 날, 도쿄 아카사카의 초호화 호텔에서 벌어진 의문의 사건. 상황은 예상치 못한 살인사건으로 전락한다. 그리고 그 사건을 풀어나가는 것은 과연 누구일까? 그 사건의 시작은 무네스에 코이치 형사가 이 호텔의 엘리베이터에서 발견한 흑인 청년의 숨진 몸으로 시작된다.

하지만 이 모든 것의 시작은 1975년, 일본의 추리소설로 등장한 작품 "인간의 증명"으로 거슬러 올라간다. 작가 모리무라 세이이치의 필연적인 연재를 거쳐 1976년 단행본으로 출간되었다. 그 후 영화와 드라마로 거듭나며 그 인기는 이어졌다.

작품의 핵심, "밀짚모자"라는 중요한 키워드가 등장한다. 이는 사이조 야소의 시에서 영감을 받았으며, 이 작품의 주요한 메시지와 연결된다. "밀짚모자"는 단순한 모자가 아니라 여러 의미를 내포한 상징이다.

One day, a mysterious incident at a luxury hotel in Akasaka, Tokyo. The situation degenerates into an unexpected murder case. And who will solve the case? The incident begins with the dead body of a black young man that Detective Munesue Koichi found in the hotel's elevator.

However, it all began in 1975 as a Japanese mystery-fiction book. It was published in 1976 as a book after inevitable serialization by writer Seiichi Morimura. The popularity continued, with films and dramas being reborn.

At the heart of the work, an important keyword appears, "a straw hat." It was inspired by the poem of Saijo Yaso and is linked to the main message of this work. "A straw hat" is not just a hat, but a symbol that implies several meanings.

The work that led to the film and drama was made into a film in 1977 and appeared on a more colorful screen. It was then reinterpreted in several dramas, and its popularity remained.
