Lee Ji-hyung is a South Korean singer who was born on Mar. 2, 1978. Forming the music group Whipper in 1994, he made his official debut in 2001, and turned into a solo artist in 2006. Lee performed as a guest vocalist while singing Toy's sixth album, Hot Goodbye.
